Our adventure with Theo Paphitis

In 2019, we were lucky enough to work the one and only Theo Paphitis – yes, the same guy that’s on Dragon’s Den. Theo held a huge corporate event, with over a hundred guests. The employees ate great food, watched a fashion show and then got to go head to head with one another with our laser guns.

Using our smart target system and a new Mission Impossible theme, we set up on stage to create the ultimate shoot out. After a few rounds, we whittled it down to the top 5 shooters and had a shootout. The winner, of course, got to take home our Laser Clays Entertainment trophy, but also got the satisfaction of beating of all his peers.

The evening was a success! Such a success that Mr. Paphitis asked us to return for a private dinner party with his friends. Of course, we said yes.

A few weeks later, we ventured the manor house where the dinner party was being held and set up our system. This time, we set up our outdoor system, giving Theo and his friends an authentic clay shooting experience with a twist. Instead of the clay pigeons and bruised shoulders they’re used to, they used our infrared laser system. There was no mess, no bruised shoulder, and one happy winner. There’s nothing wrong with a bit of competition is there?

You can watch him in action here, or visit our gallery to see photos of the event.

What an amazing day! I was looking for some activities for my 40th birthday weekend in Shropshire when I came across laser clay entertainment in a Google search. I called Steve to find out some info about the service he could provide in regards to the laser clay pigeon shoot. From the get go Steve was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had hired a farmhouse called Stockbatch Granary for the weekend just outside Shrewsbury. Steve was local to the area and it seemed to fit in perfect with what I had planned for my guests. The day of the shoot arrived and I don't think that I've seen 16 girls & boys in fancy dress have so much fun. Steve and his team arrived on time, set up in the field adjacent to the house and got us all started. They did a short brief on safety and how to use the guns then got the competition up and running. Fun, laughter & competition for the next 4 hours.... It was the highlight of my 40th birthday weekend and my friends absolutely loved it! I can't thank Steve & his team enough for putting on the event for us and the added indoor zombie shoot was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to try laser clay shooting... Outstanding value for money! Amazing service and rootin, tootin, shootin good fun David B (Liverpool)
