Our adventure with Theo Paphitis

In 2019, we were lucky enough to work the one and only Theo Paphitis – yes, the same guy that’s on Dragon’s Den. Theo held a huge corporate event, with over a hundred guests. The employees ate great food, watched a fashion show and then got to go head to head with one another with our laser guns.

Using our smart target system and a new Mission Impossible theme, we set up on stage to create the ultimate shoot out. After a few rounds, we whittled it down to the top 5 shooters and had a shootout. The winner, of course, got to take home our Laser Clays Entertainment trophy, but also got the satisfaction of beating of all his peers.

The evening was a success! Such a success that Mr. Paphitis asked us to return for a private dinner party with his friends. Of course, we said yes.

A few weeks later, we ventured the manor house where the dinner party was being held and set up our system. This time, we set up our outdoor system, giving Theo and his friends an authentic clay shooting experience with a twist. Instead of the clay pigeons and bruised shoulders they’re used to, they used our infrared laser system. There was no mess, no bruised shoulder, and one happy winner. There’s nothing wrong with a bit of competition is there?

You can watch him in action here, or visit our gallery to see photos of the event.

Flat Living Live! booked Laser Clays Entertainment for a two day exhibition being held at the Business Design Centre in Islington. Having been let down by another supplier, we booked with only two weeks notice and found Steve and his team to be particularly accommodating and helpful. After a long journey to the exhibition, the indoor Zombie shooting was setup quickly and efficiently by the team, all ready to go for the next day. On the day of the exhibition the shooting area looked great, the zombie targets were fantastic with an amazing backdrop. Steve and the team hosted the area well, talking to our delegates and giving them tips for better scores. The feedback we received from the delegates was great, all felt this was a great way to inject some fun into a corporate exhibition. Rebecca July 2015
